Split VAT payment POland it`s a new instrument to seal a tax system in Poland. New goverment implement this idea in this year, because was a big hole in polish tax system. This instrument allow control the tax from entrepreneus. They could pay the tax in traditional form (take and pay tax in one bank account) oraz they could have a two bank account (first for payment for the products or services and second fortake nad pay tax). In this second bank account the company has only the tax, and only pay tax for this bank account. It`s easy for tax office to control this company. The corporation had a advantage too, because the tax oficce faster return the tax for company. It` very good solution for companies, but not more of them want benefit of this program. They affraid that they can`t use money for second bank account (bank account for pay tax). But split VAT payment Poland will be obligatory in one moment when goverment want to do this.
